What we collect and why
- The enquiry form: name, phone or email, company and message. We use them only to answer the enquiry and prepare a proposal.
- Technical data: the server records the IP address and time of each request to protect the site from abuse. These records are deleted automatically.
- The BGN/EUR prices plugin: when you buy a licence we keep your email so we can issue and send the key. When it converts prices, the plugin sends the site address and the product prices; we keep the site address, the IP address and the number of products converted, to count the quota.
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and does not pass data to third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 12 months if they do not lead to a contract. Data on contracts and invoices is kept as long as accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and you can object to it. Write to the email above. You also have the right to complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection, cpdp.bg.
