For marketing agencies and design studios

A WordPress team your client never sees

You send the design and the content. You get back an editable block theme, unbranded, at a partner rate.

Partner terms

60 € / hour

We invoice in EUR. For partners with a steady volume above 40 hours a month: negotiable. For VAT and the reverse charge, see the questions below.

  • NDA before the first file. We sign yours or offer ours.
  • No credit to us. Not in the footer, not in the code, not in emails sent by the site.
  • No contact with your client unless you invite us to a meeting.
  • We do not take your clients. The contract says we accept no direct work from them for 24 months after the last project.
  • A written estimate in hours before any task over four hours. If we see it growing, we say so before we do the work.
  • We work in your repository, on GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket, with pull requests and a staging site. The code and the access are yours.
  • In English or Bulgarian, by email, Slack or whatever you already use.
  • We reply to messages within 4 working hours (EET). Our working day overlaps with Central European hours.

What we hand over

A theme in Git

A block theme with theme.json, templates and block patterns. No page builder and no paid plugins your client has to renew.

A staging site

The work is visible on a staging address from the first week, hidden from Google, for you to show the client when you choose.

A video for the client

A short video on editing the site, without our logo and in your client’s language, which you can send under your own name.

A diagnostics screen

Inside wp-admin: which pages exist, what was edited by hand, what the setup did. Unbranded, and switched off with one line if you do not want it.

Data for search

Structured data, a page per service and llms.txt for AI assistants. Set up following your SEO team’s brief.

A sign-off list

Every price, promise and fact in the copy that your client must confirm before the site goes live.

Who does the work

Kalin Dimitrov, founder and lead developer

Alexander Kapra, wordpress developer

You write to one person, who owns the task from estimate to handover. Both of us know every site we look after, so a holiday does not stop the work. We can commit 20 to 40 hours a month to one partner. More about us

Code you can inspect

Our BGN and EUR prices plugin is published in the official WordPress.org directory. The code is open: download it and read it before you send us a first task.

More about the plugin and its licences: the plugin page.

When we are not the right fit

Better to say it now than after the first invoice.

  • You need more than 100 hours a month, or a dedicated full-time developer. An in-house hire or a larger studio will serve you better.
  • The project has a React or headless front end. We build inside WordPress itself.
  • You need 24/7 support. We work business hours, with clear response times.
  • A new site has to be built in Elementor from scratch. We maintain Elementor sites, but we build new ones in the block editor.

Start with a small task

You do not know us, and it is sensible not to risk a large project. Pilot: one Figma page, up to 8 hours of work, for 480 € within five working days. Or one fix on a client site with a fixed scope. If you like the result, we carry on.

A typical pilot looks like this

  1. You send the Figma file and access to the repository or staging site.
  2. Within one working day you get a written estimate and any questions we have.
  3. We work on a separate branch and open a pull request, with the page visible on staging.
  4. You review, we fix the comments, and you decide whether we carry on.

Questions agencies ask

Will you build someone else’s design without “improving” it?

Yes. We build the design as the client approved it. If we spot an accessibility or mobile problem, we write to you rather than decide on our own.

Do you take on maintenance after launch?

If you want us to. We can maintain the site on your behalf, on your hosting or ours, again without our name in front of the client.

Do you work with WooCommerce and integrations?

Yes: couriers, invoicing, stock systems, payments and custom plugins. See custom development.

Do you maintain Elementor sites without rebuilding them?

Yes. Most sites agencies already look after are built with a page builder. We work in what is there, and suggest a block theme only when a site is rebuilt.

Can you write content under our name?

Yes. Service pages and client stories, with you running the client interview or introducing us as part of your team. In English or Bulgarian.

Can you invoice a company in another EU country?

Yes. We invoice in EUR from Invent 2025 Ltd. Invent 2025 is not VAT registered in Bulgaria. For B2B services to EU businesses, the place of supply is your country and the reverse charge applies: you account for the VAT. Before the first invoice to an EU business we register for VAT under art. 97a of the Bulgarian VAT Act, so the invoice carries a BG VAT number.

Tell us what you need

The first call is free and commits you to nothing. We reply within the working day, Eastern European time.
