AI assistants and automation for small businesses

AI assistants that answer your customers from your own prices and policies, take enquiries after hours and draft replies you approve. Written success criteria and a 30-day pilot before you commit.

There is one on this page: the button at the bottom right. It answers only from our own pages, says it is an AI, and when it does not know, it gives you our phone number.

30-day pilot

490 €

  • A question assistant on your site, set up and live
  • Three to five numbers we measure, agreed in writing before launch
  • A decision after 30 days: continue, narrow it down or stop
  • Then care at 39 € a month, only if we continue
  • Final price, no VAT charged

What we build

We pick the jobs owners are happiest with: narrow, repetitive and with a result you can count. A person is always one step away.

A question assistant on your site

It answers about prices, timelines, opening hours and terms from your own texts only. Every month you get the list of questions your site could not answer, so we can add them. We measure: the share of questions handed to a person, and how it falls.

Enquiries after hours

On your site or in Messenger, the assistant works out what the person needs, when and where, and hands you a ready enquiry with their contact details. It never promises prices or times on your behalf. We measure: time to your first reply and zero forgotten enquiries.

Bookings, reminders and freed slots

A link to Booksy, Fresha or your own calendar, a reminder before the appointment, and when someone cancels, the slot is offered to people on the waiting list. We measure: no-shows against the last three months.

Drafts you approve

Replies to Google reviews, answers to the same email questions, and quotes from your own price list based on a form and photos. Nothing goes out without your yes. We measure: every review answered within 48 hours, and time from enquiry to quote.

For online shops

Product descriptions in Bulgarian and English, supplier price lists imported with your margins, and price comparison through sources that allow it, such as Google Merchant Center, with suggestions you approve. We measure: products with a full description, and how long a price update takes.

How it works

  1. A call and a check, free. We send a test enquiry to your site, phone and messenger and tell you how long the reply took. Then we both know where we start.
  2. Written criteria. Three to five numbers we measure and the date we decide. You collect 30 to 50 real customer questions, and we test the assistant against them before launch.
  3. A 30-day pilot. The assistant works with real customers. Once a week we review the conversations together, about 15 minutes.
  4. Decision. If the numbers are met, we continue. If not, we narrow the job down or stop, and no monthly fee is due.
  5. Monthly care. Conversation review, a monthly report, knowledge updates and checks that the links to calendar and mail still work. Model usage is billed at cost, under a cap written into the contract.

Accounts and access keys are in your name, and you can have the text the assistant answers from whenever you ask. If we stop working together, you take everything with you.

When we are not a fit

We say so in the first call, because then you would not like the assistant however well it is built.

  • You want to replace people entirely, with no way for a customer to reach you.
  • You expect the assistant to bring in customers by itself. It answers faster; customers come from your site, Google and referrals.
  • Your prices, services and policies are not written down anywhere yet. Then we write them first, and automate after.
  • Nobody has time to look at the conversations once a week.
  • You want the assistant to set final prices and discounts, issue refunds, or give medical or legal advice.
  • You get few enquiries, under about 20 a week. A good form and a call button do the same for less.
  • You want to hide that an AI is answering. In the EU it now has to be said.

Law and data

  • The assistant says it is an AI in its first message, as the EU AI Act requires since August 2026.
  • There is always a way to a person: phone, form or messenger.
  • We sign a data processing agreement and give you a paragraph for your privacy policy.
  • Conversations are kept for a limited time, set in the contract. Data sent to the models is not used to train them by default, and phone numbers and emails typed into the chat are hidden before they reach the model.
  • We do not scrape your competitors’ sites to track their prices. We compare prices only through sources that allow it.

Questions

Will it sound like a robot?

We write its instructions in your words and the tone you use with customers. For the first weeks we review the answers together and fix whatever does not sound like you.

What if it gets something wrong?

It answers only from your texts, and when it does not know, it says so and gives your phone number. If it still slips, we correct its instructions as part of monthly care. Final prices, discounts and promises stay with you.

Do you build this for agencies?

Yes, unbranded and under NDA, on the same terms as our white-label work. You keep the client relationship; we build, test and look after the assistant.

Can you track competitor prices?

Not by scraping their sites. That breaks their terms and often the law. Instead we use the comparisons Google Merchant Center and comparison sites give their merchants, plus your own sales and margins. You approve any suggested price.
