How we work
Six steps from the first call to ongoing care. At each one you know what we do, what we need from you and what it costs.
| Step | We | You |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Call | Ask who your customers are, what they ask and what brings in revenue. About 20 minutes. | Tell us about the business. Nothing to prepare. |
| 2. Proposal | Write down the pages, the price, the timeline and what is not included. | Approve or ask. Pay the first part. |
| 3. Content | Send a short questionnaire and arrange the copy into pages. | Answer it and send photos. This is where most delays happen. |
| 4. Build | Build on a staging address you can see from the first week. | Comment as the site grows. |
| 5. Launch | Redirect old addresses, test on phones, show you the editor. | Approve and pay the second part. |
| 6. Care | Updates, backups and changes, by plan or by the hour. | Edit whatever you like yourselves. |

Questions
How long does a site take?
A small business site is ready within three weeks once we have the copy and photos. A larger company site takes four to eight weeks. The exact timeline is in the proposal.
Do we need to meet in person?
No. We are happy to meet in and around Veliko Tarnovo, and we work with everyone else by phone and video.
Who works on our site?
Kalin Dimitrov runs the project from the first call to ongoing care, and Alexander Kapra knows every site and takes over when Kalin is away. We do not resell projects to subcontractors or swap the team halfway through.
Tell us what you need
The first call is free and commits you to nothing. We reply within the working day, Eastern European time.
